While some services might be free, others might require money. We may charge your payment method for fees or on a subscription basis for those who have expenses. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time, though you might not get a refund.
You consent to pay any fees or subscription charges that we may ask in order to use the Platform (or certain parts of the Platform). If you signed up for a trial, you might need to buy the Platform before it expires in order to keep access to any content made or supplied to it.
Unless otherwise specified in applicable payment provisions, payments will be made in U.S. dollars, and your account will be charged at the time of purchase and when you enter your payment details. We may suspend or close your account if your payment details are inaccurate, outdated, and incomplete. You give us permission to continue invoicing your account using the updated information we receive if you fail to notify us of any changes to your payment information. We may also take part in initiatives that your card provider supports in an effort to update your payment information.
Prior to your purchase, you may be informed that you will be charged a subscription fee in advance on an annual basis or at another repeating interval. We will send you a reminder with the then-current subscription charge for yearly subscriptions no later than thirty (30) days and no later than sixty (60) days before to the end of your subscription term, or as required by relevant legislation. Edgecore Venture may occasionally alter the cost of recurring membership payments without giving you prior notice. Price adjustments will go into effect on the first day of the subsequent subscription period. You have the option to unsubscribe before the price adjustment takes effect if you disagree with it.
Although you can cancel a membership at any time, your payment to Edgecore Venture will automatically renew at the conclusion of the relevant subscription period. The day following the conclusion of the current subscription period is when cancellations will become effective. You will be able to access and utilise the relevant service until the conclusion of your subscription period if you cancel in the middle of it. For any cancellations or partial subscription periods, we do not offer credits or refunds.
